The First Sunday of every month, we invite you to join us for an hour of Breathwork.

This session provides an opportunity to focus on your breathing techniques, enhance relaxation, and cultivate mindfulness.

Whether you're new to Breathwork or have practiced before, all levels are welcome. Come and experience the benefits of intentional breathing in a supportive environment.

GUIDED MEDITATION

One and a half hours of guided meditation can provide a profound opportunity for relaxation and introspection.

This extended session allows participants to deeply engage with their breath, thoughts, and feelings in a supportive environment.

Transformation happens on multiple levels.

We’ll incorporate practices to

Connect body, mind, and soul:

  • Meditative exercises to center and ground yourself, bringing clarity and calm into your daily life

  • Reflective journaling prompts to explore your thoughts, emotions, and aspirations more deeply

  • Gentle movement practices that support your body’s well-being, helping you release tension and connect with yourself on a physical level

Throughout the 10 weeks, we will have
five sessions, where we’ll focus on:

  • Identifying and breaking down limiting beliefs

  • Setting clear, actionable goals that align with your true values

  • Creating personalized strategies to navigate life’s challenges

Between sessions

You’ll receive reflective exercises that will help you integrate what we’ve covered.

These exercises are designed to deepen your understanding and encourage practical application, ensuring your progress continues beyond our conversations.
